I created this space as a quiet corner for anyone doing their best while feeling unsure, exhausted, or unseen. Keisha’s House is rooted in the belief that clarity comes through reflection, that your voice matters, and that your life deserves room to slow down.
I’m not here to tell you what to do.
I’m here to sit with you long enough for you to hear yourself more clearly.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), a Master of Social Work (MSW), and a Master’s in Higher Education (M.Ed.), which inform the way I think about reflection, emotional awareness, and how people learn and grow over time. While Keisha’s House is not a therapeutic or clinical space, my work draws from foundational training in human behavior and education, combined with lived experience and ongoing personal practice.
I’m also a daughter, a wife, and a boy mom of three. These roles continue to teach me about patience, responsibility, presence, and the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up. Life inside these roles has shaped the way I think about rest, resilience, and what it really means to do your best in a full and demanding world.
